Habits 101

Below are the list of habits I want to incorporate in my life starting today:

1) Writing a blog on my daily progress here, everyday. It would basically have:
                   a) My daily goals.
                   b) How much I slept last night
                   c) What I am eating today
                   d) Expenses
                   e) Day Trajectory planning and reflection
                 
2) Black Coffee, twice a day, two small sachets in every cup.

3) Use Pomodoro
